Here and here, are a couple of posts from Spanky's place. He's an ER nurse somewhere out in Arizona. The two stories provide a wonderful example of the tremendous contrast of feelings experienced by those of us who work in ER's and in emergency situations. When I first read his post about how "We Really Hate You" I could empathize but felt that it was sad someone felt the need to put these feelings into words. After reading the other post and this followup he seems like someone I'm going to check on again.

Well reportedly we have a name now too: SkyMed or Skymed probably not Sky-Med. But it's some version of that.

Yeehaaa we have a helicopter. Right now it's an A-star just for training. We are supposed to start doing some training flights tomorrow. I'm scheduled for mine Wednesday. Lucky thing I brought my headset.
