I started my first day with PHI Air Medical today. I can't help but feel that they are going to be a GREAT company to work for. It was sort of a longish drive to get here but they are putting me up in a hotel and all. This company like so many others emphasises customer service. But they seem like they have the customer part down right. It's not just the patient, but it's the hospitals and EMS workers and FF's and LEO's out there who call us. Additionally they realize that their employees are customers too. I don't feel like it's just talk either. Course it's early to tell but who knows, maybe there is a good company to work for. It's gonna be a Long 5 weeks of training. Hopefully after the first 2 it won't be quite so grueling. I alread have a test scheduled for Thursday. Got to go study now...
